Missions Applications 2023

For the 2023 summer trip, we’ll be partnering with Camino De Vida to serve and love the country of Peru.

3 things to do:

1. Please read through the missions application carefully. You must have a passport that will not expire by July 2023, to participate.

2. Download the parental consent form below get it filled out and submitted

3. Ask your Life Group leaders to fill out the Summer Mission Recommendation form for you.
