INFORMATION

RETREAT OVERVIEW
  • The Undergraduate Retreat will start at approximately 7:30PM on Friday, and we will return to Austin by approximately 2PM on Sunday.
  • What To Bring: Bible, journal & pen, clothes for 3 days/2 nights including outdoor activities, sleeping bags/blankets, pillow, toiletries, and shower slippers.
  • Meals Provided: Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Breakfast
REGISTRATION
  • There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all cancellations. If you will not be able to attend the retreat and would like to receive a refund, please contact Jack Jiang (j_j_jiang@yahoo.com)
  • Cost deadlines will be in effect at 11:59PM of the deadline date.
  • All cancellations after October 21, 2018 are completely non-refundable.
  • Paid registration fees are not transferrable to other persons.
TRANSPORTATION
  • Arrive at your pickup location no later than 5:30PM on Friday 10/26/18.
  • Departure location is Littlefield Fountain.
  • Please do not arrange your own rides. Contact Geneve Chin (geneve.chin@gmail.com) if you have extenuating circumstances.

COSTS
  • PLEASE NOTE: Costs include lodging, meals, and transportation. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all cancellations.
    • Early Registration by 10/14/18 - $90
    • Regular Registration 10/15/18 and after - $100
  • Last day to register for the undergrad retreat will be on 10/24/18

PLEASE NOTE: Registration price is dependent on the time of payment, NOT the time of registration. For example, if you register during early registration, but pay during late registration, you must pay the late registration price.
Costs include lodging, meals, and transportation. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all cancellations.

Payment Offline

Submit this form and bring your payment with you to pay after Sunday Celebration. No confirmation email will be sent if Paypal payment is not made.

Participant Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, will not hold HMCC and its drivers liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to myself or my belongings during the retreat (from the time I depart the departure location until the time I return). This applies to me both as a participant and as a driver, if I choose to drive others to the retreat.
